Trey, I just picked up your book a few days ago and it has been very informative so far. I have done some skipping around from chapter to chapter and particularly enjoyed the bit about exception-neutrality. Looking forward to reading the rest...nice work!

Hi jeff,
I hope it's not confusing when people see the old links like the one you have listed above. Originally, this book was slated to be published by Addison Wesley. However, before publication, I switched publishers to Apress. It's nothing sinister, but merely movement of the market.
